We had an incredible experience with Madi and truly can’t recommend her enough. From the very beginning, she made us feel supported, informed, and confident going into the birth of our first baby. She took the time to answer all of our questions, ease our anxieties, and help us create a birth plan that felt right for us. She provided evidence-based information and resources for labor, delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum, and if she didn’t know the answer to something, she always took the time to research and follow up with us.
What made her care especially meaningful to us was how she brought Jesus into every step of the journey. She prayed with us, asked often how she could be praying for us, and created such a peaceful, faith-filled environment throughout the entire experience. During labor, her calm presence made all the difference. She constantly reminded me that I could do it, helped create a sense of peace in the room, and was such a steady source of encouragement. I’ll never forget her holding my hand as I got the epidural—it meant more than I can put into words.
She truly listened to my fears about labor and delivery and went out of her way to comfort my anxieties. Postpartum, she continued to check in often, always asking what she could do for us. When I struggled with breastfeeding, she provided so many helpful resources, guidance, and continued prayer, which meant so much during those early days. We may have hired her as a doula, but what we gained was so much more—a lifelong, special friendship. She holds such a special place in our hearts, and the way she brings Jesus into everything she does is truly beautiful. She left a lasting impact on our family, and we are forever grateful.

"If it weren’t for Madi being my doula during my first pregnancy, I would have felt so unprepared and alone in the journey. She was a constant source of support—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
Madi provided so much knowledge and guidance, especially with different types of counter pressure techniques (which absolutely SAVED ME during labor!). She also taught my husband how to use them so he could support me more effectively.
During birth, when I was too exhausted to speak up for myself, Madi became my advocate. There was a moment when the care team wanted to break my water. It was unexpected and didn’t think it would come to that, and Madi immediately knew that this wasn’t what I wanted. She stood by me, prayed with me, and gently suggested trying different positions to help open my hips—and sure enough, my water broke naturally, and baby came soon after!
Even after birth, she continued to check in, which meant so much during those early days of transition. Having her support didn’t stop at the delivery room—she came for a postpartum home visit and helped with dishes, laundry and brought me some yummy lactation brownies.
I’m forever grateful to have had Madi as my doula. She wasn’t just a support person—she became a friend and a sister in Christ. Thank you, Madi, for walking alongside me in one of the most sacred times of my life!"
